Obsessive
Compulsive Disorder
Do you have repeated unwanted thoughts, feelings, urges and worries that are interfering with your life?
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a debilitating condition that can leave the person feeling out of control and isolated. Not only are the intrusive thoughts and worries difficult to bear, but the repeated behaviours and/or rituals (either physical or mental) are often equally challenging.
It's important to receive the right support when treating OCD. Research has shown that the most effective treatment for OCD is ERP (Exposure Response Therapy).

Anxiety
Do you find yourself worrying excessively and don't remember a time when you weren't worrying?
Generalized anxiety disorder and overall high anxiety is extremely challenging to experience as it involves excessively worrying about various aspects of life, often on a daily basis. Physical symptoms can often also be present.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) has been shown to be a very effective treatment for individuals who experience high anxiety and/or GAD.
